Pioneering care have been amazing in helping to care for my Dad. They have gone above and beyond in caring not only for his physical needs, but for his mental and emotional wellbeing too. Paul is happy with is care I (sister) check every morning that everything has gone well.
Its usually good just the odd time when blisters have appeared on leg but Steph always informs us.
Paul takes his own tablets but the carers always check they have been taken and administer the cream to Pauls leg.

The app they use allows me to check on all the visits carried out and if I have any questions or need anything changing, the staff are quick to reply and endeavour to accommodate any requests. The manager and the team at Pioneering Care have been absolutely amazing. Their care to the patient is endless even when the patient becomes anxious, aggressive and angry, they are sympathetic and calming to assure both the patient and the carer. Colossal experience in the care industry is evident in
their professionalism; how they handle each individual, particular visit depending on the state of mind and physical well-being of the patient. They are a bundle of energy, always smiling from 8 am through to 10 pm and their attitude towards not only the patient but the carers around the loved one is first class.
