Adults with dementia

Supporting adults with dementia and Alzheimer’s, and their family, to live independently. Whether care includes general help and assistance, or specialised care to reflect the individual’s specific requirements and circumstances. This can help the individual with any established routines, and provide support in familiar surroundings. Tailored care provided by experienced carers.

Frail and vulnerable adults

Assisting adults who are frail and vulnerable with support for physical and emotional needs, including daily tasks such as personal care, preparing light meals, and general help. Adults with mental health problems

Whether it’s a short term, or longer term, mental health issue, we provide personalised support and care to reflect the individual’s needs in their own home. Care provided by experienced, qualified, carers with empathy and understanding. Consistency of care can help build a routine for the individual. Care may include a combination of:

  • Personal care

  • Preparing light snacks and meals

  • General help and assistance

  • Support with daily living tasks

  • Assistance with any medication needs

Adults with physical disabilities

Adults with sensory impairments

Supporting adults with physical disabilities in their own homes. Whatever the nature of the disability a tailored care plan will reflect the specific needs and specialist requirements. Whether it’s a lifelong disability, or the result of an accident, experienced carers will provide the support you need. This may include any of the following:

  • General help such as shopping, or housework

  • Exercise programmes under the instruction of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist

  • Assistance with medication needs

  • Continence care

  • Assistance with artificial feeding

Illness and end of life care

Providing support and palliative care for those suffering from illness. Care and support provided in your own home where everything is familiar, enabling you to be comfortable in your own surroundings, usually where many memories have been made. Experienced carers provide compassionate care, and the tailored, specific, support you need. Care can include:

  • Personal care, including getting up, putting to bed

  • Personal hygiene

  • Assistance with medication needs

  • Continence and catheter care, changing bags, monitoring output

  • Assisting with artificial feeding

Adults who are recovering from illness

Whether you have a long road ahead, or a shorter recovery time, support and care to help you adjust to your circumstances in your own home. A personalised care plan reflects your particular needs and goals and any adjustments you may need to make, whatever your illness and road to recovery. This may include:

  • General help e.g. housework, shopping

  • Exercise programmes under the instruction of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist

  • Assistance with medication needs

  • Changing sterile dressings if required

  • Compression hosiery

Adults with learning difficulties

Whatever the level of learning difficulty, a tailored plan to reflect the individual’s requirements enables us to provide personalised specific care.
